| Abstract | The purposes of this study were: 1) To study of the problems / obstacles and limitations that affect Development of Mukdahan Special Economic Zone. 2) To study opportunities to drive management Develop Mukdahan Special Economic Zone in a practical. 3) To provide guidance to development of Mukdahan Special Economic Zone and the East-West Economic Corridor to the agencies that related by using qualitative methods on the target group of study is divided into 3 groups that namely the government sector, Private Sector And the political sector. Data analyzed are 13 key informants. Used as data gathering tools in the study. In order to clarify the scope of interview questions, observation forms, participant observation and summary report. The research found that: 1) Obstacles and limitations that affect Development of Mukdahan Special Economic Zone There are important factors consisting of 7 factors are (1) lacking the main agency responsible for being a center driving. (2) Lack of infrastructure development. (3) Unreliable production factors. (4) Restrictions on Laws and benefits. (5) Lack of confidence of businessmen and (6) Lack of public sector representatives. 2) An opportunities and guidelines for driving the development of special economic development areas Mukdahan for practical results. Consists of 4 factors: (1) strategic location Appropriate. (2) The maximum border trade volume. (3) The availability of infrastructure support and (4) Readiness to develop human resources and education. 3) The suggestion for the development of Mukdahan Special Economic Zone and economic balcony. East-West to relevant agencies. There are 6 important factors: (1) must promote development Human resources and human capital (2) must determine the public sector representative (3) must develop product quality Native and brand building to international. (4) must elevate development of infrastructure (5) must increase and expand the target industry group and (6) must be determined budget for continuous development. |
