| Abstract | The research 'Job motivation in the performance of employees, NC Coconut Co., Ltd. at Pha Phuang Sub-district, Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province' aimed 1) to examine levels of job motivation in the performance of employees, NC Coconut Co., Ltd. And 2) to compare perception toward job motivation in the performance of employees, NC Coconut Co., Ltd. which were classified based on individual factors. The sample was 200 employees in NC Coconut Co, Ltd. by stratified random sampling. The research found that 1) the perception on job motivation was in the high level and 2) the employees having different age, education and marriage had perception on job motivation differently. In the case, there was a significant difference in the perceptions toward the job motivation at 0.05. In the part of the employees having different genders, working periods and departments had the perception on job motivation, there was a significant difference in the perceptions toward the job motivation at 0.05. |
