| Abstract | The purposes of this research to: 1) study the level of school administration according to good governance of administrator; 2) study the level of organizational health, and 3) analysis school administration according to good governance affecting organizational health of opportunity expansion schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research samples were 205 teachers of opportunity expansion schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher with IOC content 0.67 and 1.00. The internal consistency reliability coefficients of the questionnaire:administration according to good governance was 0.93 and organizational health was 0.95. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression. The research found that 1. Overall and in specific aspects, the administration according to good governance of administrator was at a high level. They were, ranked from the highest to the lowest, democratic value, administrative responsibility, new public management, and participatory state.2. Overall and in specific aspects, the organizational health was at a high level. They were, ranked from the highest to the lowest, academic emphasis, teacher affiliation, resource support, principal influence, institutional integrity, and collegial leadership. 3. The administration according to good governance of administrator in the aspects of administrative responsibility (x4), democratic value (x2), new public management(x1), participatory state(x3), together organizational health of school (Ytot), at percentage of 64.70 with statistical significance at .05. The regression equation was Y ?tot = 1.15 + 0.24 (X4) + 0.25 (X2) + 0.17 (X1) + 0.09 (X3) |
