| Abstract | This article aims to provide all relevant stakeholders with a focus on problem-solvingand the development of local identity food in Nakhon Pathom Province. Both inconservation and promotion of maximum potential development. The local food thatpromotes the economy of Nakhon Pathom Province is pomelo, coconut, sticky rice inbamboo, Business of Chinese Banquet Style Services and local food that helps to promotegastronomy tourism in some parts of Nakhon Pathom. These dishes reflect the importantcultural heritage of the people of Nakhon Pathom Province and have evolved from the pastto present. But in the present, it is found that the problem of change from agriculturalsociety to being the urban city, the combination of gastronomic cultural and tourism culturehas changed dramatically, and the advancement of technology and innovation Thailand 4.0.Therefore, this article is a collection and processing of innovative solutions based on reliableacademic data and research in order to enhance the conservation and promotion of thelocal food that is the identity of Nakhon Pathom Province, stay in a value and developappropriately consistent with changing context. |
