| Abstract | The objectives of this research are following; (1) to study Good Governance of LocalAdministrative organization, Tha-sai district, Amphor Mueng, Samutsakorn province.(2) comparison of Good Governance of Local Administrative organization, Tha-sai district,Amphor Mueng, Samutsakorn province with variety of population's status. (3) to finding therelative of Good Governance of Local Administrative organization, Tha-sai district, AmphorMueng, Samutsakorn province with 7 dimensions.Researcher methodology is Quantitative Data by using questionnaire and collecteddata from population who work with Local Administrative organization, Tha-sai district,Amphor Mueng, Samutsakorn province at total amount 167 samples as following; 18Politicians, 37 Governors or officers, 68 specialists, and part-time staffs. From data analysis,researcher using inferential statistics to assume with these following: t-test, ANOVA andMultiple Correction.The research result has found that; population who differentiate of status are gender,age, degree, salary and operation or schedule time have the attitude toward GoodGovernance of Local Administrative organization, Tha-sai district, Amphor Mueng,Samutsakorn province that not much differentiation. The samples who have differentiate inposition have the attitude toward differentiate only 4 couples and Good Governance ofLocal Administrative organization, Tha-sai district, Amphor Mueng, Samutsakorn provincehave a good relative with 7 dimensions. The ratio(r) is between 0.793 and 0.396, the level ofrelative is high and low, also the the same way of their attitudes. |
