| Abstract | The research aimed to 1) investigate the level of service-giving quality of the Facultyof Management Science, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, and 2) to study the differences ofpersonal factors toward the service-giving quality in Faculty of Management Science,Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University. The 278 samples were collected by accidental Sampling.Employing the criteria of quantity research. The variables were obtained by deductivemethod. Various theories and concepts were used to build hypothesis. A constructed 5-levelquestionnaire with the reliability of 0.89 was used as a tool to collect data. The statisticsemployed for data analysis were Pearson's Product Moment Correlation. The service-givingquality was analyzed by Independent t-test and One Way ANOVA.The research findings were as follows:1. The level of the service-giving quality of The of the Faculty of ManagementScience, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University was at a high level in ever aspects as written indescending order: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and Tangibles.2. The personal factors include gender, age, major, class year, and service requestdoes not affect the quality of service provided by the Faculty of Management Science.Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University |
