| Abstract | The objectives of this research is to: 1) study consumer behavior on choose buying Housing small project in Maung Nakhon pathom Districe Nakhon Pathom Province 2) study Marketing Mix on choose buying Housing small project in Maung Nakhon Pathom Distric Nakhon Pathom Province 3) compare mean Marketing Mix on choose buying Housing small project in Maung Nakhon Pathom Districe Nakhon Pathom Province, and 4) study development Marketing Mix of Houser. The samples of the study were 290 consumers. The key informants were 5 administrator and 5 consumer The research instrument was a constructed questionnaire and indepth interview the statistics used for data analysis are percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis and data-analysis. The purposes of this research are to: 1) compare the priority of theconsumer behavior, live Influential in the decision were family, located in the purchase were suburb area, the purchase price under 1,500,000 bath. The opportunity to purchase the additional revenue time, The house was bought as a one story townhouse, The after sales service is required to guarantee the house. 2) compare the level of marketing mix for buying housing were at high levels all. 3) Differences of Individual affected decision to buy housing at a statistically significant level of .05. 4) Houser's development Marketing Mix quality, price, marketing, guarantee and fitness nutrition security sale online of house. The development of the hospital's marketing entrepreneurs are quality standard products, the soft price more place, time of guarantee and place of exercise and fitness. |
