| Abstract | Thrombocytopenia is commonly found in clinics. Making an accurate diagnosis is very important before initiating a proper treatment. We present a persistent low platelet case without well-identified etiology which led to serious morbidity. After specific treatment, patient was fully-recovered and platelet count was maintained throughout follow-up period. |
