| Abstract | The curriculum evaluation plays an important role in substantive of the curriculum developmentand quality assurance incorporate with social need and change. This study aimed to survey thegraduates' opinion of curriculum suitability and quality of teaching and learning process. The comparisonof graduates' performance by self-evaluation, colleague evaluation and supervisor evaluation wereinvestigated as well. The research applied the CIPP (Context-Input-Process-Product) Model as aconceptual framework to develop the questionnaire. The sample consisted of 43 graduates of Bachelorof Nursing Science who graduated in the year of 2003 from Srinakharinwirot University and had 6-8months of work experience, 129 colleagues and 86 supervisors. The study found the high level ( x =4.15)of perception of teaching and learning process and quality of course could help the graduates toachieve the objective of curriculum. In addition, the study revealed the high level ( x =3.68) of supportivefactor, high level of the performance qualification among self-evaluation ( x =4.27), colleague evaluation( x =3.91) and supervisor evaluation ( x =3.67). Of the performance qualification, self-evaluation washigher than colleague and supervisor evaluation but not significantly difference. However, the studyfound the lower skills of research, administration and leadership. The findings of this study are significantas they highlight issues that need to be considered to improve nursing curriculum to achieve the goaland serve the need of the society. |
