This study is about comparable health risk factors between doctors and other personnel in topics:health care access, chronic disease screening, behavioral risk factors and cancer screening. Data is collected from doctors and other personnel from HRH Princess Maha Chakri SirindhornMedical Center, Ongkharak district, Nakorn-nayok province by using behavioral risk factor surveillance systemquestionnaires and analyzed by Chi square test at p value <0.05. Conclusion is that doctors have opportunity tohealth care access more than other personnel but chronic disease screening and behavior risk factors do notsignificantly difference from other personnel except doctors use safety belt more than other personnel. Addition tocancer screening, female doctors have digital breast examination more than other personnel but married femaledoctors have Pap smear less than others.
