| Abstract | This article aims to study the concept and vision of Steve Jobs linked to the principles of Buddhism. This will lead to the changes in the returns to education for sustainable core .The results showed that the principles of Steve Jobs has applied successfully include: 1) The concept of simplicity Principles of Zen Buddhism. Steve Jobs believes that all things are always simple elegance. From this concept can be used as a guide to adjust the education system to return to a simple but perfect. 2) The concept of accumulation efficient workforce. Another key feature that Apple is the king of the world, it is staffed with a team of talented and dedicated people to the organization. An important part of the organization ahead, grow and succeed. From this concept can be used as a guide in the selection of teachers who excel both academically and knowledge. It encourages teachers to develop their academic potential and ability to always keep the academic ability to create something for the class. 3) The concept to discover what love "basis for success 4 principles" influence the success of Steve Jobs may be summarized into the principles of Buddhism was influenced "basis for success 4 principles" or way to success. The concept can be taken as a guide to solve the attention of the learner. By enabling learners to discover what love and use all of the potential to the full. |
