Abstract Social conflicts happen from the lack of the dominance of leaders. The society will be in trouble, conflicts, peace or tidiness depending on the governance of the country leaders. Machiavelli has his hypothesis that the sources of conflicts are from evil humans; they are always sinful, selfish by nature, ungrateful, simply decisive, lying and scrimmaging, passionate and ambitious. He believes that humans are interested in only their benefits; nothing can make them enough because human thirst is insatiable. Only categorical state power will be able to control the evil humans. State security can occur only under absolute power. The uses of power force and trickery, strictness are necessary as the tools to achieve tremendous goal for peace of the country. Machiavelli offers the concept of social peace that it must start with categorical system of governing the country by aiming to strengthen stability for the state and its people. The nation is the state. The state is the main goal; hence, the state has power over all things. The power and stability of leaders must not be interfered. Rulers or leaders must not make themselves lovable but scary as if they were lions, and they need to know how to choose using loving-kindness and rubicon like a clever and quick fox.
