| Abstract | Purpose: This study aimed to examine the problems and information needs of users of Cafe Co-Working Spaces in Mueang District, Khon Kaen Province.Methodology: This study employed a survey research method using an online questionnaire to collect data from a sample group of 400 participants. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, specifically frequency distribution and percentage, to evaluate the respondents’ opinions on various aspects.Findings: The study found that most users place significant importance on the accuracy of information about establishments, considering it a crucial factor influencing credibility and decision-making in choosing services. Particular emphasis was placed on information related to menus, pricing, promotions, and operating hours. Regarding information accuracy, the survey revealed that 192 respondents (48%) reported experiencing this problem at a high level, while 94 respondents (23.5%) encountered it at a moderate level. In addition, the study identified limitations such as unclear categorization of establishments and difficulties in comparing information between venues, both of which pose challenges for users in selecting a location that aligns with their specific usage needs.Applications of this study: The findings can be applied to the development of platforms or websites that compile comprehensive, reliable, and user-friendly information about Cafe Co-Working Spaces. This study is useful in the fields of information management, website development (UX/UI), and Co-Working Space service businesses. |
