| Abstract | This academic article aims to demonstrate temple management in the era of globalization. amidst the changing environment Both political, economic, social, cultural, and technological, causing the temple to modify the management style to be appropriate and in line with the current environment. Temple administrators must develop the technology. integrated with Buddhist principles to bring administration together with prosperity, and there are laws, statutes, rules, and regulations to support the Dharma and Vinaya In particular, the temple administration has a very different form from the past, such as in terms of administration. Dissemination, education, welfare education public welfare public utility There is a clearer practical form. In addition to managing the temple according to the 6 main tasks, modern management principles must also be applied to the temple. This is an important thing for temple administrators to learn to keep up with changes in society. A person who will be a temple administrator must have a vision, knowledge, ability, sacrifice, and accept the opinions of others. as well as be fully equipped with ethical practices Be accepted by the clergy and society as a whole, and most importantly, must be an administrator with honesty and justice. Must abstain from all prejudice. It is firmly established in Brahma Viharn Dharma as the core of the temple administration, which will be an important force for Buddhism in the future. |
