| Abstract | The purposes of this research are 1) to study opinions, 2) to compare opinions, 3) to make recommendations. It is an integrative research. For quantitative research, questionnaires were collected with 179 samples. For qualitative research, by in-depth interviews with 5 key informants. Quantitative data were analyzed by Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, deviation and hypothesis testing, t-test and F-test, ANOVA statistics and qualitative analysis of contextual content.The results of the research revealed that 1) the administration of the Sangha according to the Sappurisadhamma principle Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each side, from the most to the least, is the arrangement of religious treasures well. The provision of reasonable convenience in performing charitable acts of the people. and the organization of the temple's affairs to be well, respectively. have opinions on the administration of the Sangha according to the principle of Sappurisadhamma overall different with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. 3) the results from interviews on the approaches to governing the Sangha according to the principle of Sappurisadhamma were not different overall. The abbot should consider and contemplate using the principles of Sappurisadhamma to adjust as a guideline for practice in order to achieve fairness in administration. |
