| Abstract | Chinese outdoor banquet business has been increasingly growing every year. In 2017, the market value reached 2,264 million baht. However, the traditional way in management of this business still encounters with problems about labor, resource management, and business operation. The researcher, therefore, apply the principles of design thinking to solve problems with the use of digital technology. |
