| Abstract | The purpose of this research was to study the problem and recruitment process of convenience store employees in the Northeastern region of CP All Public Company Limited. It was qualitative research. Data were collected by interviewing 4 key informants using the instrument, an structured interview form, and analyzed by content analysis method. The results of the research found that:1. Problems in recruiting convenience store employees were found that the COVID-19 situation has resulted in the company's policy to change the recruiting method by bringing technology to use in recruiting in order to maintain the distance according to the measures of the state. Therefore, there is a problem with the internet and communication system.2. In the process of recruiting convenience store employees, it was found that the company had a recruiting process in line with its vision, organization mission, and general information about the job determined, the characteristics of the person who is suitable for the job, and the description of the position. The COVID-19 situation has resulted in the recruiting method having changed to online as social media recruiting through Facebook, LinkedIn, Line Jobs, etc. |
