| Abstract | The purposes of this researchwere to study educational management of inclusive schools under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1and to compare the educational management of those schools as classified by gender, education level and school size. The samples consisted of 82 school administrators, 82 head teachers of inclusive education in the schools, 27 teacher-babysitters with disabilities and 164 teachers by the means of purposive sampling. A set of 5-rating scale questionnaire was used for collecting data. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA were utilized for data analysis.The results of the research revealed as follow;1. Theeducational management of inclusive schools under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1as a whole and all aspects were at a high level, ranking by mean scores there were standard of student quality, inclusive learning management, learning teaching activity and building a learning societyrespectively.2. Comparison the educational management of inclusiveschools as classified by gender,and education level, there werea statistically significant difference at the .05 level.3. The educational management of inclusive schools under the Office of Chonburi Primary Education Area 1 classified by school size overall, it was found that the difference was not statistically significant at the .05 level |
