| Abstract | This thesis has the following objectives: 1) study the 21st century school administratorsโ skill level Primary School Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3. 2) study the level of Influencing of Primary School Effectiveness Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3. 3) To study the relationship between Administrative Skills of School Administrators In The 21stย century Primary School Effectiveness Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3. 4) study and research the predictors Administrative Skills of School Administrators In The 21st century Primary School Effectiveness Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3. The population were school teacher under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 3, the samples were about 306 persons, The tool used for data collection is a closed - ended questionnaire which analyzes the data intensively. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearsonโs Product Moment Correlation, Stepwise multiple regression analysis. |
