Abstract The purposes of this study were to know1) The mainstreaming administration in inclusive schools under the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya primary education service area office 1. 2) The quality of student in inclusive schools under the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1. 3) The mainstreaming administration affecting the quality of student in inclusive schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The research sample was 56 inclusive schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The respondent in each school consisted 1) school administrator and 2) a head of academic administration and 3) 2 teachers who are responsible for inclusive education. totally 224 respondents. The research instrument was opinionative onthe mainstreaming education administration based on Benja Chonthanon and the quality assurance based on office of the Basic Education Commission. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The research findings were as follows: The mainstreaming administration in inclusive schools under the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1 in overall and each aspect were at a high level. The arithmetic mean values were arranged in the following order: tools aspect, teaching and learning activities aspect, students' aspect, environment aspect. The quality of student in inclusive schools under the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1 in overall and each aspect were at a high level. The arithmetic mean values were arranged in the following order: learner's desired characteristic aspect, academic achievement of student aspects. The mainstreaming administration in tools aspect and teaching and learning activities aspect were significance affecting on the quality of student as a whole in inclusive schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1 at 0.01 level.
