| Abstract | The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the levels of factors affecting public construction contract management after the breakout of the COVID-19 in Minburi District Office, Bangkok, and 2) to study the impacts on entrepreneurs in construction contract management after the breakout of the COVID-19 in Minburi District Office, Bangkok. This study is quantitative research. The samples used in the research were 50 people who were entrepreneurs, logistic officers, supervisors, civil engineers, civil servants, finance officers and assistant director of Minburi District Office Bangkok. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and Pearson Correlation were used to analyze data. The findings showed that: 1) the levels of factors affecting public construction contract management after the breakout of the COVID-19 in Minburi District Office, Bangkok, were at a high level with mean values of 4.00 and S.D. of 0.78; 2) the impacts on entrepreneurs in construction contract management after the breakout of the COVID-19 in Minburi District Office, Bangkok, were at a high level with mean values of 3.99 and S.D. of 0.86. Construction management had mean values of 4.14 and S.D. of 0.93, finance had mean values of 4.06 and S.D. 0.97, personnel had mean values of 3.89 and S.D. of 0.90, and materials, equipment and machinery had mean values of 3.79 and S.D. of 1.10. Each aspect can be interpreted as high level. |
