| Abstract | The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the psychological and situational factors related to life quality development among the elderly 2) to study the relationships between psychological characteristics; situational and quality of life development of the elderly in Nakhon Ratchasima province. Samples of 400 elderly. Data were analyzed using statistical tools; percentage; mean and standard deviation and pearson correlation coefficient. The results found that: 1) The overview psychological factors were in the quite true level. The psychological characteristics; considering as the mental health; buddhist way of life and future orientation. The psychosocial aspects; considering as the internal locus of control and the attitude toward self-care. The situation factors; considering as the physiological needs and the mental needs were responded. The quality of life development; considering as the social and economic; life satisfaction; the health and work of the body and self-concept. 2) The research had positive correlation (p > 0.01). |
