| Abstract | This article presents the results of studying the effect of the strain Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC 8014 on the zootechnical indicators of growing broiler chickens. The strain was the basis of a probiotic preparation for the prevention of zoonotic infections. In experiments on broiler chickens (cross "Cobb-500"), three concentrations of lactic acid bacteria were used: 10^4 CFU, 10^5 CFU, 10^6 CFU per 1 g of feed, respectively. It was found that the introduction of lactobacilli into the diet of poultry had a positive effect on the productive performance of broiler chickens in all experimental groups. The best results were shown by the titer of the Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC 8014 strain at a dose of 10^6 CFU per 1 g of feed. |
