| Abstract | The paper is devoted to an overview of the research results on developing practical tools for managing pricing and tariff formation in social spheres. The authors' algorithms, methods, and models are described in detail and tested on actual data. The possibility of flexible customization of the developed toolkit makes it possible to take into account all the features of the functioning of social industries (both in general and for each sector under consideration separately), and also makes the process of calculating prices and tariffs transparent for all participants in social market transactions. The method of compromise pricing, which is the basis for calculating expenses and tariffs, allows not only to obtain a "fair" price (tax) for a service but also to determine the volume of social demand, which cannot be estimated within the framework of the currently applied methods. A vital development feature is also the ability to select optimal buyer-seller pairs using the adapted TOPSIS method. |
