Abstract This study illustrates the relationship between cost leadership strategy to organizational performance through organizational learning that was studied via its dimensions including External Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Distribution and Internal Knowledge Acquisition. The subjectivity of this study is to examine the criteria for measuring organizational performances outcomes via organization learning dimensions in telecom sector organizations. This study is an effort to answer the literature gap regarding link of cost leadership strategy towards performance with organizational learning in context. Extensive literature on organizational learning has been reviewed and their limitations were identified. Self-administered questionnaires were mailed for this study to telecom sector in Pakistan. Cost leadership strategy via organization learning dimensions have been found to be having significant impact on growth and overall organizational performance.
