| Abstract | The research objectives are; (1) to study different demographic characteristics and needs of the non-bus service model in Chon buri Province (2) to study different demographic characteristics and satisfaction of service users the non-bus in Chon buri Province (3) to study the satisfaction of service users there is a relationship with the needs of the non-bus business service model in Chonburi, 400 samples using purposive sampling methods. Data were analysed by using the SPSS program. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, (One-way ANOVA) F-test and correlation Analysis The results of the study show that different demographics such as companies belonging to the period of employment and non-bus buses in use with the needs of the non-bus service model in Chon buri province as a whole the difference was significantly at the statistical level of 0.05. Also, it is found that overall customer satisfaction It correlated with the needs of the non-bus service model in Chon buri province as a whole the relationship was positive at 0.01 level. The relationship was positive. Overall more This will increase the demand for non-bus service model in Chon buri province as well. With correlation found at high level (r = 0.743) |
