| Abstract | This article aims to evaluate satisfaction with the continuity of the Green Office project's performance and to present an evaluation of the GO projects in Thailand in terms of environmental, economic, and social performance. The study evaluated the operation of twenty activities, such as information on Greenhouse gas emissions, initiatives to publicize the office staff, consumption of water, energy, paper, management of waste, seminars, meetings, procurement, etc., by collecting data from administrators and operators, using a questionnaire from 73 offices during 2015 to 2017. An in-depth interview was also conducted with 25 key respondents. Satisfaction evaluation revealed that 86.0% of operators were satisfied with the staff’s knowledge, intelligence, and awareness of the operating steps of GO, followed by satisfaction that participation in the GO project has promoted the staff's quality of work and life (80.82 percent). Also, 90.41% of administrators were satisfied with the view that the GO project increased the knowledge about the GO operation procedure, and 89.04% were satisfied as the GO project has awarded certificate trophies to offices based on the auditing score. Finally concluded that the GO project in Thailand brings satisfaction to offices in terms of economy, society, and the environment. |
