Abstract Homoeopathy is 1 of 5 the most popular alternative medicine reported by WHO. There were studies of positive improvement in emotional conditions and behaviors. There were reported that the staff at the Thai traditional and alternative medicine clinic at Sunpasitthiprasong hospital are likely having a high level of stress which may affect work performance and quality of life. The administrators of the clinic created the project that deployed homoeopathic treatment for self-development and empowerment of personnel. Method: This study is a mixed methods research, consisting of quantitative research and qualitative research. Samples were 28 healthcare personnel which were 2 policy makers and 26 employees form Thai traditional and alternative medicine clinic at Sunpasitthiprasong hospital. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (e.g., frequency, percentage, mean), paired sample t-test, and content analysis. Results: Context: The satisfaction scores are at high to highest level. The participants and the policy makers agreed that the principles and objectives of the activities were appropriated and correlated to personal development and empowerment.Input:The scores are at moderate to high level in aspects of the homeopathic skills of the practitioners and of the facilitation of activities. At moderate level in aspects of the sufficiency of the practitioners and the appropriation of interview rooms. Process: The scores are at high level in aspects of channels for providing activity information/ activity details and of appropriated coordination. At moderate level in aspects of the duration time of the interview. Product: After the treatment, the participants had a significantly higher average scores of the work performance and the happiness and quality of life (p-value<0.05). From the interview, it was found that homeopathic treatment improves the physical aspect by alleviating deeper sleep and reducing body pain. Improvement of mental aspect is more letting oneself on, more relax, less stress, and more communication in the organization which clearly leads to better working environment. All participants want to continue homeopathic treatment due to being confident in the results. The satisfaction for participating this program is at high level. Conclusion: Homeopathy usage program contributes to personal development and empowerment.
