| Abstract | In education management in Thailand, private education plays an important role in national education in alleviating the burden of public education management in education management, at all levels and all types of education following the changing conditions of the economy, society, and progress in science. Under the economic recession, private school education management in the situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic needs to be prepared and provide education as complete as possible under the situation. Thus, the purpose of this research was to (1) study the problem level of general education private school management in Samut Prakan Province in the situation of the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) according to the opinions of the personnel. And (2) comparing the level of opinions of personnel on the problems of general education private schools in Samut Prakan Province in the situation of the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), classified by position, work experience, and educational background. The population used in this study was 4,542 private school personnel in Samut Prakan Province with a sample size of 354 people. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that (1) The problems in general education private school administration in Samut Prakan Province in the overall situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak were at a high level. It's at a high level in all respects. And (2) the results of a comparative analysis of the problem levels of general education private school administration in Samut Prakan Province in the situation of the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), both overall and in each aspect, it was found that (a) classified according to the overall position and the side is not different, (b) classified by work experience in general and in each aspect is not different, and (c) classified according to educational level in general and in each aspect is not different. |
