| Abstract | At present, the government organization has been modified. in accordance with the changes of the world Organization executive Therefore, one must have transformational leadership, vision, and proactive strategies. assembling with morals and ethics which characterizes good leadership It is both a Science and an Art. The Royal Thai Police has adopted a new approach to government management. Combined with the knowledge that the "police" has been carrying on. to meet the needs and expectations of civil society Emphasis on proactive police missions. Therefore, it is necessary to rely on the "leader", that is, the "head of the police station". The results of the study and characteristics of the appropriate police station chiefs in driving the concept of police serving the community. They have the following characteristics: 1) Leadership and Transformational leadership skills, 2) strategic visioning skills, 3) Leadership Skills, 4) Communication Skills, 5) Modern Management Skills, 6) Decision-Making Skills, and 7) Team Building Skills as well as being a leader who adheres to the principle of self-dominance, people dominance, and job dominance by using the principles of Sankhahavatthu 4, and Itthibat 4 to apply in community policing. |
