| Abstract | School administrators are an important element of administration in school administration organizations to succeed or fail in that performance. The most important factor is the management. If an organization has an effective leader, it will be able to direct and influence subordinates to perform tasks, as well as to complete various activities in the organization. This research aimed to develop a new leadership model for school administrators under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, using mixed method research by doing 4 steps: 1) Studying the state of modern leadership by interviewing five experts. 2) Studying a level of New Leadership for Administrators under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office by surveying the opinions of 375 school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, in the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, using questionnaires. 3) Create a new leadership model for the school administrators by exploratory factor analysis. 4) Confirmatory factor analysis and focus group by interviewing 7 experts. The statistical devices were mean, standard deviation, median, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results revealed that: (1) The actual state of new leadership consists of 4 main components: transformational leadership, visionary leadership, innovation leadership, and technology leadership. (2) Levels for the new leadership model for school administrators under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office were at the highest level in every aspect. And (3) A new leadership model for the school administrators under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office consists of 5 components: integrated leadership, technology leadership, communication strategy leadership, process leadership, and research leadership. 4) The confirmatory factors analysis indicated that the theoretical model was consent with empirical data with Chi-Square = 97.94, df = 99, p-value = .51110, RMSEA = 0.000, Chi-Square/df = 97.94/99=0.989, RMR = 0.018, GFI = 0.97, AGFI = 0.95 which was constructed by the researcher was structural validation with the empirical data. |
