Abstract | Nowadays, many agencies or organizations prefer to use the monthly bus rental service as a welfare shuttle bus for employees or may choose to rent it for use in traveling to do various corporate activities. However, renting a monthly employee transport is a new and interesting service, which reduces the complexity of management that has to take care of both drivers and car maintenance for the organization as well. The purpose of this research is to (1) Study services that affect customer satisfaction in Bangpoo Industrial Estate. And (2) Study management that affects customer satisfaction in Bangpoo Industrial Estate, the data collection by questionnaire by multi-stage random sampling which randomly sampling 200 employee shuttle service users within the Bangpoo Industrial Estate. And analyzed the data by using a computer program with statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The study found that most of the respondents were male, aged 21-30 years old, had education below a bachelor's degree, had a working period of 7-10 years, and the satisfaction with the employee shuttle service in Bangpoo Industrial Estate. Overall, it is at a high level. The hypothesis test results showed that; (1) All services that affect the satisfaction of service users in Bangpoo Industrial Estate are statistically significant at the level of 0.05. And (2) All aspects of management that affect the satisfaction of service users in Bangpoo Industrial Estate are statistically significant at the level of 0.05. |
