Abstract | Leadership development today is something that cannot be neglected and cannot be overlooked. The development must have various factors or elements, considering the appropriate aims to lead the organization to success in this era. globalization. Effective leaders often have the same characteristics and qualities that are superior to non-leaders. The purposes of this research were (1) to study the executive leadership in the 21st century under the Office of Buriram Primary Education Service Area 2. And (2) comparing the level of opinions of personnel towards the leadership of executives in the 21st century under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by gender, work experience, and school size. The population of this research consisted of 3,111 administrators, teachers, and personnel and a sample of 342 people. The research tool was a questionnaire on the level of management in the 21st century. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that (1) The overall level of executive leadership in the 21st century was at a high level. And (2) the results of comparing opinions on executive leadership in the 21st century found that; (a) classified by gender as a whole and not different from each other, (b) classified by overall work experience is not different, and (c) classified by school size, the overall difference was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. |
