Abstract | Information technology has progressed, affecting changes in economic, social, cultural, and human lifestyles as a trend toward national development. Academic work is regarded as the heart of educational institute administration. Quality depends on all academic work to support learners to achieve their educational goals with high efficiency and quality. Technology-savvy executives may seek opportunities to apply technology to their management. This research aims to (1) To study the level of using information technology in academic administration. And 2) to compare the level of information technology use in academic administration. This study was conducted with schools under the Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group used in this research was 320 school administrators and teachers under Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1. The research tool was a questionnaire for the level of information technology use in academic administration. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that; (1) The overall use of information technology in academic administration was at a high level. And (2) a comparative analysis of opinions on the use of information technology in academic administration found that; (a) Classified by sex overall is not different. (b) Classified by overall position is not different. (c) Classified by overall work experience is not different. And (d) classified according to the size of educational institutes as a whole and each aspect was significantly different at the.05 level. |
