Abstract | Learner development activities are therefore a part that helps learners apply knowledge, skills from learning, and experiences of learners to practice self-development activities to become good people with morals, ethics, discipline, and public conscience. who are good, who are wise in the use of life skills, thinking, communication, problem-solving, and the use of technology, and who are happy to lead a self-sufficient life in harmony with others in society creatively. The purposes of this research were (1) to study the management of learner development activities. And (2) comparing the level of opinions of personnel towards the management of learner development activities classified by gender, age, and school size. This study was conducted with schools under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population of this research consisted of 3,111 school personnel and 342 samples. The research tool was a questionnaire on the management of student development activities. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that (1) The overall management of learner development activities was at a high level. And (2) a comparative analysis of opinions on the management of school student development activities, both overall and in each aspect, it was found that; (a) classified by gender as a whole and by gender not different. (b) classified by age as a whole and by side, there is no difference. And (c) Classified by school size as a whole and each aspect differs at the statistically significant level of 0.05. |
