Abstract | Currently, the epidemic situation of the coronavirus 2019 in Thailand has begun to subside, most people have knowledge and understanding of how to take care of their health and prevent the risk of infection. Teaching and learning should develop a learning style that is participatory, fun to learn, and safe, should support the budget for equipment and technology to develop online teaching, should organize training for parents, school administrators, and teachers, should provide opportunities for teachers, parents, students, and the community to offer opinions to solve problems to maximize benefit. The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of conditions and problems of learning management in a new normal school for disabilities. And (2) to compare the teachers' opinions on the conditions and problems of the new way of learning management in schools specific to disabilities classified by position, education level, and work experience. This study was survey research conducted in educational institutes under the Office of Special Education Administration in Lop Buri Province. The population used in this research consisted of 134 administrators and teachers of specific schools with disabilities under the Office of Special Education Administration in Lop Buri Province. The research tools were questionnaires on disability-specific learning management conditions and problems in schools. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that; (1) The state of the new normal learning management of schools only for the disability was at a high level and found that the problems of the new normal learning management, in general, were at a low level. And (2) a comparative analysis of teachers' opinions on the conditions and problems of the new normal learning management found that: (a) The positional variables had different opinions on the conditions and problems of the new way of learning management. (b) The level of education variables had no different opinions on the condition and problems of the new normal learning management. And (c) the work experience-dependent variables had no different opinions on the conditions and problems of the new way of learning management. |
