Abstract | The motivation that affects the performance of all personnel is the drive or impetus for personnel to have the will and enthusiasm to work, dedicate themselves, and work willingly and to their full potential. The purposes of this research were 1) to study the motivation for teachers' performance. And 2) compare teachers' performance motivation classified by sex, work experience, and school type. This study was conducted in a vocational college under vocational education in Roi Et Province. The sample consisted of 260 teachers. The research tool was a questionnaire on motivation for teachers' performance. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, hypothesis testing was independent, and F-test. The results showed that; (1) Teachers' motivation for work as a whole and each aspect were at the highest level. (2) Teachers' performance motivation classified by gender was not different overall and by aspect. (3) Teachers' performance motivation classified by overall and individual performance experience was not different. And (4) teachers' motivation for work classified by type of school overall was not different. |
