Abstract Another extremely important element is performance motivation. The performance motivation of personnel affects the success of the work in the organization. If personnel in the organization are not motivated to work, it will cause inefficiency in work performance or may cause various problems. But on the other hand, if personnel have high-performance motivation, it will affect the performance of personnel to be effective. The purposes of this research were (1) to study the motivational behaviors of school administrators. And (2) comparing the level of personnel opinions on the motivational behaviors of school administrators classified by sex, work experience, and school size. This study was conducted in schools under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 342 personnel in educational institutions under the Office of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area 2. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire on the motivational behavior of school administrators. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that (1) Motivating behaviors of school administrators overall were at a high level. And (2) the results of comparing the opinions of personnel on the motivational behavior of school administrators found that; (a)Distinguished by gender as a whole and not different from each other, (b) classified by work experience in general and in each aspect is not different, and (c) classified according to school size as a whole and in each aspect were not different.
