Abstract Human resources are the most important resource in the management of any organization.Acquiring quality personnel who are bound to the organization is therefore considered to create potential and sustainability for the organization. Modern organizations are constantly searching for factors that affect their performance. Thus, this research is a survey research study. The purposes of the study included the following: 1) To study the level of quality of life at work and organizational culture of local government organizations, 2) to study the level of organizational commitment of local administrative organization personnel, 3) to study the influence of quality of life at work and organizational culture affecting the organizational commitment of personnel of local government organizations. Obtained through stratified sampling technique, the samples consisted of 253 personnel working at Phanna Nikhom Local Government Organizations, Sakon Nakhon Province. The tool used for data collection was a questionnaire and statistics employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Multiple Regression, Analysis. The results found that: 1) quality of life at work of personnel of local government organizations in Phanna Nikhom District Overall, it was at a high level (Mean =3.92) Organizational culture of local administrative organizations in Phanna Nikhom District. Overall, it was at a high level (Mean =3.73)). The organizational commitment of the personnel of local administrative organizations in Phanna Nikhom District. Overall, it was at a high level (Mean=3.88) 2) quality of work life Workplace privacy (β=.244), collaboration and relationships with others (β=.215), and safe and health-promoting working conditions (β=.214). Influence on organizational commitment of local administrative organization personnel in Phanna Nikhom District It was statistically significant at the .01 level, as for the benefit to society (β=.139). Influence on organizational commitment of personnel of local government organizations in Phanna Nikhom District It was statistically significant at the .05 level, which was able to predict the level of organizational commitment of the local administrative organization personnel in Phanna Nikhom district by 41.40 percent (R2Ad=.414) corporate culture Cultural mission (β=.289) adaptive culture (β=.212), unity culture (β=.189) and participatory culture (β=.156). Influence on organizational commitment of personnel of local government organizations in Phanna Nikhom District They were able to jointly predict the level of organizational commitment of the personnel of local administrative organizations in Phanna Nikhom district by 53.00 percent (R2Ad=.530). (R2Ad=.530)
