| Abstract | This research is an application of artificial intelligence to help students revise their responses to computer networking terminology, in which many basic terms must be understood for the learning to be connected to the content of the course. Therefore, this research aim is (1) to develop a Chatbot application for learning computer network vocabulary, and (2) to assess the effectiveness of the Chatbot application for learning computer network terminology. This has developed an automated chat system using Dialogflow and Line application. to be used as an effective learning tool The efficacy evaluation was conducted by 3 experts. The efficacy evaluation was at the highest level (Mean=4.89, SD=0.16), and the efficacy evaluation from users was at the highest level (Mean=4.93, SD=0.19). |
