| Abstract | Political monopoly, therefore, represents the strength of the political power base of politicians and political parties that have power relations, whether in business, in the interests of politics and investors, which takes advantage of state policies that political campaigns have pre-elected, whether it is the people's interest and benefits or the need of the political party itself to manage and achieve results by using the power of the state, and to achieve concrete success starting with recruiting groups of people to sit in the positions of various committees. However, factors of local political monopoly in Thailand were found to consist of 2 dimensions, namely; (A) The political dimension consists of; (1) the prestige of a politician, (2) the long-standing ties between politicians and local people, (3) Consistent and continuous access to the public, (4) have the original works are evident, (5) have an image that is familiar to people in the memory area, (6) having voters as representatives of politicians in taking care of the people's misery, and (7) Credibility is built with famous people to support behind the scenes. (B) the political party dimension consists of; (1) the people's long-standing ties with political parties, (2) the original works are evident, (3) the image of a political party that makes people remember, (4) There is a system for setting up voters, (5) Continuous use of media to promote political parties, and (6) Political parties provide opportunities to promote political interests. |
