| Abstract | In small schools, there were problems with teaching quality, however, the problem may come from a shortage of skilled teachers to management systems and learning activities that cannot perform as well as they should one way to help enhance the potential of teachers in small schools to develop effectively is to use the teaching model in the mentoring system. Thus, this research was (1) to study the basic information of teachers in the project using the process of improving the quality of education by using the mentoring system, (2) to study the competence in knowledge and practice before and after participating in the project, (3) to compare the scores from the pre-training and post-training test, and (4) to study the satisfaction with the project The sample group used in this research study consisted of 40 teachers in 17 small schools under the Office of Primary Education District 2, Uttaradit Province. They were obtained by simple random sampling. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires about the use of the process of upgrading the quality of education by using a mentoring system. A quiz to measure knowledge of how to use the process of creating a mentoring system. Project satisfaction assessment questionnaire. The statistics were Mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test (Dependent). The result found that; (1) Age between 31-40 years old with a bachelor's degree and from the English language. (2) The competence in knowledge and performance of the participants in the project It was found that before participating in the project, the competence in knowledge and operation was at a fair level. and after participating in the program, their performance was at a good level. (3) Comparison of knowledge scores before and after the training found that the average scores after joining the training were higher than before joining the training by statistical significance at 0.05. And 4) The satisfaction assessment found that there was satisfaction with the project using the process to improve the quality of education through the mentoring system at a high level. |
