| Abstract | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the effectiveness of the staff serving the people of Ban Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province 2) to compare the public opinion towards the service personnel of Ban Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phutthaisong District. 3) To study the guidelines for improvement, correction, and development of the efficiency of service personnel. People of Ban Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province classified by sex, age, occupation, and income, which consist of 4 aspects: service providers; work process Facilities Productivity The sample size was 379 people by using the sample determination method according to the Taro Yamane formula Tools used in this research It is a questionnaire by a questionnaire that consists of 3 types, namely, checklist questions. 5-level estimation scale and open-ended The confidence value was 0.809. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation, and the two groups were compared by t-test and one-way analysis of variance (F- test). Overall, it was at a high level in all aspects. Sorted from the most valuable to least as follows: Service personnel Productivity work process The results of a comparison study on the effectiveness of the public service officers of the Ban Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Classified according to the characteristics of the population i.e. sex, age, occupation, and income, overall and by aspect no different Suggestions from the interview, It was found that the Ban Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province should improve the efficiency of the service system to be convenient and quick to facilitate more people. |
