| Abstract | The problem of corruption and misconduct causes highly severe effect towards the people and the country. This problem has widely spread throughout the world and has affected economic system, politic, and society including sustainability which also affects the country development in every aspect, especially in political and bureaucratic parts. Mostly, the local administration is considered to be the organization that allows corruptions upon budget management, claiming for benefits, and using of unfair authority including the patronage system that has been with Thai society for ages. This causes the damage of goodness and value of Thai culture. Therefore, it is necessary for government agencies to accelerate coping with this problem with creating effective protecting system and job controlling of the internal job operation to assist protecting corruption and misconduct. The government has also approved the national strategy on the prevention and suppression of corruption to increase the effectiveness of corruption prevention and to illustrate the good political intention of the director of all local administrations. |
