| Abstract | This research studied. - 1. the guidelines of developing community potential through the Sisaket Digital Community Center, 2. Study the factors influencing the development of community potential through the Digital Community Center. The methodology of quantitative research was questionnaires which collected the data from 398 service users. The statistics used in the analysis were mean, standard deviation and coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Digital Infrastructure Factor organization administration, personnel competency, community involvement, education learning information, social cultural aspects, economic aspects and income promotion were at a high level. The data was also analyzed using multiple regression methods to predict the influence of all four factors. It was found that digital infrastructure factors (? = 0.137), organizational management (? = 0.244), personnel competency (? = 0.225), community participation (? = 0.303) influenced the development of community potential through Sisaket's Digital Community Center. It was statistically significant at the .05 level. |
