| Abstract | This studyaims to1)examinetheguidelines forpreventionandresolutionof termination of student status of undergraduate student in the higher education institution under the office of the higher education commission, ministry of higher education, science, research and innovationand2) studyguidelines for monitoringofacademicperformanceofanundergraduate student at risk of termination of student status in the higher education institution under the office of the higher education commission, ministry of higher education, science, research and innovation.Thesampleusedintheresearch was113from thehighereducationinstitutionsunder theofficeof thehighereducationcommission, ministryofhighereducation,science, researchand innovation.The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire and an interview form.The statistics used for data analysis are frequency and percentage. The research results are as follows 1. A guidelines for prevention and resolution of termination of student status of undergraduatestudent inthehighereducationinstitutionunder theofficeof thehighereducation commission, ministryofhighereducation,science, researchandinnovationarehavinganadvisor system advice, counsel,andsupervisestudents. Inorder that, inthefuture, thehighereducation institution should develop the advisor system to be tangible and effective. 2. A studyofguidelinesfor monitoringofacademicperformanceofundergraduatestudent at risk of termination of student status in the higher education commission, ministry of higher education, science, research and innovation have an advisor system and use the information system to monitor and supervise students. Then in the future, the higher education institution ought to develop the information system in order to assist following up academic performance and advising students effectively. |
