| Abstract | The objectives of this research were to develop curriculum to enhance operational skills in landscape paintings for fine arts students and to study the results of implementation. The targets were 11 fine arts students at the second year level of Lampang Vocational College. The instruments were the developed curriculum enhancing operational skills in landscape paintings for fine arts students according to the concept of Art-Based Learning. pretest and posttest and work piece evaluation form. Mean, standard deviation and percentage were used for data analysis. The results found that: there was the curriculum to enhance operational skills in landscape paintings for fine arts students which composed of 4 learning units. They were 1) know how to maintain color, have artwork 2) arrange light to play in color 3) sketch, fun, happiness, creative and 4) smear the color, create art. The constructed curriculum had a suitable average, at a high level ( =4.33, S.D.=0.75).The learning units and the lesson plans had a suitable average, at a high level ( =4.32, S.D.=0.84). The results of the implementation was that the students posttest scores were higher than pretest scores ( =40.64, S.D.=4.78), ( =27.82, S.D.=5.03). The operational skills in landscape painting was at a high level, 88.07%. |
