| Abstract | The Thai automotive parts industry plays a crucial role in the national economy, particularly in the Industry 5.0 era, which emphasizes integrating technology with human potential for sustainability. This study introduces a management framework based on POLC (Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling) to enhance efficiency and competitiveness amid rapid change and global pressures. Drawing on management theories and international practices, the framework identifies four key dimensions: (1) Planning – digital transformation, green manufacturing, and circular economy; (2) Organizing – agile restructuring with smart factories, AI, IoT, and Cobots; (3) Leading – digital leadership, human–AI collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning; and (4) Controlling – big data and AI for real-time monitoring and Green KPIs.The study suggests that advancing Thailand’s automotive industry in the Industry 5.0 era requires integrating POLC with intelligent technologies and sustainability. Clear government policies on technology and the environment are essential to strengthen competitiveness and foster long-term sustainable growth. |
