| Abstract | Purpose: This study determined the impact of most notable quality factors of cloud-based marketing systems on the satisfaction of users and business performance in Nigerian companies. The study specifically examined how system quality influences user satisfaction, impact of information quality on the net benefits derived from systems, and the role of service quality on the improvement of performance outcomes for Nigerian businesses.Methodology: This study made use of quantitative research design, through collection of data with the use of structured questionnaires distributed to Nigerian enterprises using cloud-based marketing systems. A total of 385 respondents were accessed from diverse sectors of the economy with the use of stratified random sampling, such as e-commerce, telecommunications, banking, retail, and technology. Inferential statistical methods, including regression analysis, were applied to determine the relationships between system quality, information quality, and service quality, and their impacts on user satisfaction and business performance. |
