| Abstract | Research in educational administration is a study process, searching for knowledge, concepts that will make educational administration successful that will lead to decisions to improve the educational administration and improve the quality of education to achieve the goals of education. The concepts of research are educational administrations such as the study of administrative behavior, application of organization behavior theory, school effectiveness, leadership, and learning change and improvements of schools including education according to the educational management for mission of the school. At present has given importance to education. Leadership for learning, leadership for change promoting and supporting teachers to have teaching leadership. The effectiveness of the school and the development of the school to be stable and sustainable by the educational administrators can study the research aspects of educational administration in various frameworks to understand and determine research issues in according with the context in each school. To be able to meet the problem-solving and improve the quality of educational administration by using direct research methods. The effectiveness of the school and development of the school to keep up with the change, with an important research-process which are (1) Situation Analysis in Educational Administration (2) Defining research questions (3) Reviewing relevant literature (4) Choosing research methods (5) Research design (6) Research proposal (7) Research tool development and data collection (8) Data analysis (9) Research presentation and (10) Utilization of research results |
